Understanding Your Grief is a six-week, professionally led, grief education and support group series for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one. This group provides a safe setting to help you understand the grieving process, learn ways to manage your grief, and share with others who have experienced a similar loss.
Each program is from 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, May 24 and 31 and June 7, 14, 21 and 28 at Iowa City Hospice, 1025 Wade Street in Iowa City. There is no fee but registration is required. For additional information, call 319-688-4217 or email keila.naparstek@IowaCityHospice.org.
